Venue Hire Rates and Conditions

Hire Charges

  • $50 (plus Gst) per hour or part thereof - Minimum charge of $100 (plus Gst)

  • Additional charge if a Special Bar License is required: $200 (plus Gst)

  • $12.50 (plus Gst) per hour for each bar person - minimum charge of $50 (plus Gst)

  • If bowling is included in the Venue hire a charge of $15 (plus Gst) per person to play Casual bowls

  • To confirm the booking: Deposit required $100 (plus Gst) and an additional $200 (plus Gst) if the bar is required

Non Refundable Deposit when the Hire is cancelled

  • $220.40 (plus Gst) if a Special Bar Licence application had been submitted to the Licencing Authority

General Conditions Of Hire

  • Please note the Club does not hire out it's facilities when it is for a 18th - 21st birthday celebration.

  • Only persons bowling are allowed to be on the green.

  • Hirers will be responsible for their own catering requirements. 

  • Any damage to the venue will be charged to the hirer.

  • You will be contacted by the club official responsible for Clubroom Hire, who will confirm the availability of the venue on the date requested

Special Conditions for Hiring of the Bar

  • Under the club’s sale of alcohol license, no alcohol may be brought into the premises. This also includes non-alcoholic beverages. Purchased alcohol cannot be taken from the venue

  • Alcohol may not be consumed outside of the permitted alcohol area boundary

  • Patrons must comply with the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act 2012 in regard to underage drinking and intoxication.

  • The hirer is responsible for the orderly conduct of guests during the period of hire, including leaving the premises at the end of the function.

  • Serious infringements may result in the closure of the bar at any time during period of hire and at the sole discretion of the Bar Manager on duty

  • The bar will close 30 minutes prior the time stated below 

  • A minimum of 5 weeks notice is required to obtain a Special Alcohol Licence.

  • Note you will be required to supply a detailed food menu for the Special Alcohol Licence application
